HOW TO PLAY: A chord progression will be played once. Then on the second playing, the game will stop on each chord. Name each chord correctly to finish the progression. Select your current level to start or customize to your preference.
HARMONIC RULES: A chord will always proceed to the next one based on the phrase model T-PD-D-T, so a dominant chord cannot be followed by a pre-dominant chord. In this game, there are 5 chords to pick from (both in their major and minor forms): I, IV, V, VI, and the cadential 6/4.
You will find that a VI chord must always be followed by a IV chord, and likewise, the cadential 6/4 must always proceed to a V chord due to harmonic structuring rules.
